Next steps after radiotherapy
He got a PET scan and then underwent ~20 days of
radiotherapy
in Nov 2023. But his doctor has not asked him to do any follow-up tests after the
radiotherapy
ended. Is this the norm?

Low haemoglobin/bacteria infection
Firstly, my mum has agreed to
radiotherapy
and is going for the 20 sessions. She is determined to face this head on.... On another note, since chemo, mum has been really poorly. Has had neutropenia sepsis, a blood transfusion and sodium supplements.

I went on to have
Radiotherapy
and started a five year course of Letrozole. I developed bad joint pain and I had a month off to see if the Letrozole was the culprit. It was better but not gone.

What should I do - follow-ups not feeling thorough
So I had surgery, chemo, external
radiotherapy
and then horrible internal
radiotherapy
. That all finished February last year and I’m pretty well at the moment - just uber sensitive to any little twinge. Current mild back ache.

Husband recently diagnosed with cirrhosis
He's just came through 3wks of
radiotherapy
and is doing good but we have both been left devastated with this new diagnosis. We were in shock when told and therefore feel we didn't get all the information we needed at the time.

Please send me some positivity.
I will either need surgery (if they can), chemo or
radiotherapy
. I'm so scared as this is my first recurrence from Stage 4 ovarian cancer and I'm only 56 and have two teenagers. I can't stop crying.

I had
radiotherapy
and brachytherapy 15 years ago for an endometrial cancer that had metastasized to the pelvic space. I had bowel symptoms almost from the beginning of treatment and a couple of months after treatment stopped passing stools. The radiologist recommended Senocot .

Blanchard summarized this section of his talk discussing testosterone recovery with the following statements: Agonists: 6-24 months after end of treatment Antagonists: 1-6 months after end of treatment There is no impact of concurrent abiraterone or ARPI
Radiotherapy

In the UK Olaparib only seems to be available for those testing positive for BRCA. Is this a cost issue that it is not widely available?
He has not had chemo yet - only
radiotherapy
at the outset. Awaiting bone scan and ct results but I have a feeling that things are changing with fatigue levels falling off a cliff and pain in L2 region of spine where there is a tumour. He has had no bone pain at all up until now.

Nocturia
Ever since my
