Salmon Protein Hydrolysate
New study below [1]. Anyone here using
Salmon Protein Hydrolysate
? FWIW: "A growing body of evidence implicates iron dysmetabolism in prostate cancer progression. A bioactive peptide-rich salmon protein hydrolysate (SPH) has previously been demonstrated to modulate iron homeostatic mechanisms.

Heart rate over 100. Should I lower or up my Levo??
Hi I was wondering if someone had any advice on whether or not I should lower or up my Levo dose? I had upped from 100mg to 112.5 mg beginning of June, but my heart-rate just keeps going over 100bpm when I’m not doing anything. I’m still tired and feel as if I just can’t be bothered. I’ve been sitting

Electric stimulation machine Therapulse or compression machine effective for RLS ?
Hello, I am new to this website, and writing on behald of my mother who is 61 and has been suffering with insomnia and RLS for many years. I am not sure if the RLS causes the insomnia or the other way around but they are both extremely difficult to deal with, as many people on this website know. Currently

Had enough!
After 14 years of having the condition and 7 operations later, I am still in a lot of pain and now need a bowel operation to remove the endometriosis of the bowels. The consultant is still refusing a hysterectomy as only 42! I am tired all the time, irritated and in pain. We won’t talk about emotions

Bladder and bowel function

Bleeding post hysterectomy
Hi, I just wondered if anyone suffered from spotting 2 weeks post hysterectomy? I am having terrible issues with my bowel so I am having to go to the loo a lot more than a normal person so I’m worried this has done something bad to the vaginal stitches. I had the brown but the first week however I’m
