Any advice on how to speed up surgery
Hi everyone hope your keeping well. I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis which is around my bowel and other areas of my Pelvis. I’ve been advised I have to now wait another year for surgery. I was on Prostap but have stopped taking it due to side affects and now they want me to go on noristherone

Anyone experience clotting with mirena?
I had the Mirena fitted in Jan whilst on prostap. My last 3 month Prostap injection was in March. Around mid-October I started with lower back pain and spotting which I guess was the mirena working /Prostap wearing off. I’ve now been bleeding for 11 days and have started clotting which I did regularly

Lap with general gynae found no endo, should I pay for a second opinion with endo specialist?
Hi, sorry for long post, going into detail in the hope someone recognises symptoms. I have had pelvic pain most days for around five years. Mar 2019 I had a laparoscopy to look for endo. None was found but they did find adhesions around my bowel and appendix. I was referred to the surgical team but they

Sipuleucel-T boosts survival versus abiraterone or enzalutamide alone in real-world mCRPC analysis
The immunotherapy was also associated with fewer emergency department visits than either of the androgen pathway receptor inhibitors. Real-world data showed that use of the immunotherapy sipuleucel-T (Provenge) during any line of treatment in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer

Prostap - hair loss!
Hi, new to this forum. Im 25, currently on prostap for my endo and I’m two injections in now. Struggling with hot flushes and mood changes which is affecting my work so I’ve had to take some time off. I’ve started to notice it looks like my hair line in receding. Has anyone else experiences this? Thanks

I do have a fibroid however ( which might be why) but wondering if it’s a hormonal imbalance after months of taking prostap to shrink fibroid.. am waiting
