My personal withdrawal from the inhibitor EGCG To add the inhibitor quercetin
I finally got tired of the slight nausea that occurs and decided to try a different type of inhibitor,
quercetin
. I have found a change beneficial. It is going very smoothly and I am sleeping better surprisingly I can sleep up to seven hours a night on interrupted.

My persistent mystery cough stopped in 3 days by nebulizing food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)
I added
Quercetin
by the third day (I've been supplementing around 15mg zinc), and I believe it also helped with a bit of extra zinc - I'm careful of avoiding zinc overdose.

Quercetin & pca & coronavirus
I have been taking
quercetin
/bromelian 500/250, twice per day. There is strong evidence that this natural supplement will fight prostate cancer cells and also increase your immunity to the Coronavirus.

Quercetin alleviates hyperthyroidism-induced liver damage via Nrf2 Signaling pathway
Furthermore, the loss function of Nrf2 diminished these effects resulting from the
quercetin
application, indicating the inhibitory effects caused by the
quercetin
may be involved in Nrf2 signaling pathway.

Zinc with Green Tea?
Zinc has some anti-viral properties (it is also toxic in large doses) and green tea has two chemicals that make zinc more available to the body (
quercetin
and EGCG).

Quercetin as a precautionary step in case corona virus becomes widespread?
Just wondering about starting taking
quercetin
for inflammation just in case the virus spreads here and medical facilities are overrun. What do others think? I see steroids like in asthma inhalers are not recommended as they stop the body mounting an effective defence.

Eat fish to help protect yourself from COVID-19?
It turns out that green tea contains two chemicals (EGCG and
Quercetin
) which help zinc get into cells where it can interfere with virus replication.
