ICU and osteoporosis
I have quite a basket of post-ICU/ECMO/covid/coma health issues, but the majority of them have been known to me since I left hospital, eg denuded lungs, heart, neurology issues, muscle waste, fatigue etc etc. However, a small bombshell has landed in my lap just recently. I have now also been diagnosed

spacer on prescription?
I just wondered if you have to pay for a spacer on prescription, or do you get it included with the inhaler if needed? Many thanks

Snap, crackle and pop
Hi guys, My first post - female, 34. I’m currently being assessed for potential allergy induced asthma - which is most definitely worse at night. It started with a heavy chest, slight dry cough, which included these very irritating crackles on inhalation whenever I lay down/ in a reclined position

Asthma and running
Hi all, Not sure if you can help, I struggle with my asthma when I run, my chest gets tight and I get wheezy, despite taking my inhaler and the symptoms continue after the run. When I do other exercise such as spinning class, swimming or a ‘bootcamp’ class my asthma does not bother me, any tips?

I hate waiting at the Doctor's office, I lost it!
I finally gave in and went to the doctor's office today. I hurt my elbow almost two weeks ago. I can't even lift a bottle of water. It is very painful. I called the clinic and they gave me an appointment at 2:00. I am a few minutes early. They send me down a hall I've never been to and say go in the

does is seem my son has asthma ?
hi I was told to trial my son on a blue inhaler as coughs all year. But I am not really getting much info on if he has asthma etc as it’s been 18 days and not getting much guidance with it all. He is 8 and 132cm tall … I’m not fully understanding what the graph is telling me and how bad it is etc

Ventolin running out too quickly
My son (14) was prescribed a ventolin inhaler a few months ago because he was getting asthma symptoms during hard exercise. 1-2 puffs works brilliantly when the inhaler is new but is stops being effective after a few weeks when it is still half-full (checked by weighing). We've tried very thorough

Asthma flare up due to anxiety
Because of everything that I am dealing with and no real outlet (yet) my asthma is not being triggered. I had the worst asthma flare up I couldn’t catch my breath at all yesterday not even a nebulizer treatment and 4 inhaler would work. Had to go to the UC to get put on a steroid to get my breathing
