mild left atrial dilated

looking for a bit of help and guidance on the above

What would cause of this be

I have AF and a very kind member had said this could be the most likely reason but could diet , Covid , pneumonia could asthmatic inhalers over time be a reason

Anyone been diagnosed with this and improved or managed it back go to normal
