Hello again,

Great news. My wife has had a CT Scan which shows the cavitatimg aspergillus nodule in her left lung has heard and left just a scar after about 7 years of taking itraconazole tablets. In the last year she was taken down to 3 tablets from 4 tablets a day and now has been off the tablets for about 2 weeks. She had to change her inhalers when she went on to the itraconazole tablets and so far has been OK asthma wise though we do know that she may have an exacerbation of her asthma and have to change again.

Today she has slightly high blood pressure and is feeling nauseous and dizzy I was just wondering if this is a side effect or something unrelated?

Coming off itraconazole is unlikely to cause those symptoms. This type of thing is complex and best answered by a doctor familiar with your case.
