A few weeks ago I had a text to arrange my annual COPD review. This is normally with the practice nurse who can prescribe medications too. I was surprised to be given a Doctor appointment. I am mild COPD and was taking Salmeterol and Carbocisteine. It seemed quite effective. The doctor advised that I

Hi! I'm 8 days past 5 day embryo transfer and I have been experiencing nerve pain in my lower back it feels like I'm being pinched in my lower back and it's mainly on my left side, I've been experiencing that since day 4 and it's getting quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what

Hi all, I've had my first frozen 5 day hatching Blastocyst transfer on 24.07. I'm now 7dp5dt and testing negative. I had a chemical with my last fresh transfer and was testing positive from 6dpt. I have quite strong period like cramps and incredibly sore boobs which is probably from the progesterone

Cough improvement - bronchiectasis
As a result of the various scans done when in hospital it was discovered that I also have
pulmonary
fibrosis
which is not good news. I am due my first consultation (by telephone) with a consultant for this diagnosis next week so will perhaps know more after that.

period disappeared & worried about lining implications
I’m waiting for a fresh embryo transfer with SE. I started spotting last week, and told the clinic. The donor has started her stims but now my bleeding has gone away! I’m really worried I jumped the gun and now the whole cycle is doomed as my lining won’t be thick enough- I already have had issues with

I am looking for advice regarding Black Cohosh. Has anyone successfully taken this for Menopause? I am worried if I try it it may effect Levo.

Quality of blastocyst
Hi everyone, I’m fairly new on this network. I’m 43 but nearly 44 soon & had 2 rounds of IVF (to see how many eggs I can get) before the embryo transfer which was couple days ago. Found 5 eggs, 1 dropped so out of 4 eggs, only 2 fertilised but only 1 reached 5 day blastocyst. I was told the grading

Fibroids and clothing post surgery
hi, I have just had a laparoscopic myomectomy. Would it be better to wear loose clothing to avoid pressure or leggings to avoid the bloods clots?

Post Menopausal Fibroids
I am 62 and have been diagnosed with fibroids as a result of CT and US scans. Pelvic pain is constant, often severe. My HRT has been switched to Tibolone which I am told will not ‘feed’ the fibroids. I am waiting for an NHS gynae referral appointment which will not be anytime soon as there is a huge
