I'd presumed this was steroid withdrawal/
psychosis
plus asthma as a result of steroids being stopped at once 2 weeks ago. After talking to A&E consultant, he didn't agree with steroid withdrawal symptoms. He let me go home after I promised to 999 myself if the symptoms came back.

Everything seems strange and unreal. Am i about to lose it??
I know that people who experience
psychosis
don't notice it, but reality seems so strange and i read on a forum where a guy explained his first
psychosis
was feeling just like that. I am currently seeing a psychologist, but she went on a trip for a month.

PMDD is a form of
psychosis
which is an extreme form of PMS, there doesn’t need to be any pre existing issues with mental health for someone to be affected by this and I hate the thought that there are women out there suffering like I was literally thinking that they are going mental just because of

What is this I'm experiencing?
I live with family so I think we’d know by now if it was
psychosis
or schizo. Apologies for the long post but I’m desperate! It’s my only obstacle from living life and being able to help others. Thank you for reading.

Prolonged diarrhoea and psychosis
Hello My PA was first diagnosed after a first episode
psychosis
. I became increasingly paranoid over the weekend but in a moment of calm I began to question if there is a connection between
psychosis
and prolonged diarrhoea (3 months plus) in PA.

Who was that person last year?
The pain and stiffness I can deal with but it’s the
psychosis
caused that wipes out my ability to be present as a human being participating in life. So here we go with the next chapter. I’m so much better than last year. More lucid, happier, more together and making plans.

Advanced prostate cancer
This caused steroid
psychosis
but his lung infection was finally cleared up. On February 7 he was discharged into a skilled nursing facility where he is today. He’s been weaned down to his 10 mg of steroids he takes with the zytiga, but he’s weak and tired.

RLS came back due to incompetence of doctor.
Due to lack of sleep, clinic doctor thought I was having a
psychosis
and had to get evaluated at a psychiatric hospital. Psychiatrist said it was due to withdrawal from my regular meds I was taking, clonazepham. My RLS came back tenfold!

How quickly does PPP come on?
Hi, can anyone tell me how quickly postpartum
psychosis
comes on? Social services are convinced it can be snap of the fingers quick and that if someone is not watching my wife 24/7 she will instantly snap and commit infanticide if left alone for 5 minutes. Isn't there always some warning signs?
