Progesterone

I'm slightly annoyed because I've mentioned progesterone levels a few times to my clinic followed failed cycles but they just brushed it off. I'm a mixture of emotions at the moment, angry, resentful, upset etc you name it!

However they took into consideration my thrombofilia gene panel also done abroad and as a result I was on Clexane and aspirin for the first transfer (also on Progesterone and estrogen patches).

My last period was due on 13th Feb but it was delayed due to the progesterone pessaries. My bleed started on 17th Feb - I based my next period date (25 day cycle) on that. Is that correct? So instead of 9th March it'll be due 13th March?

Clinic just called to say my progesterone levels were at 16 and they want it at 50. Advice was to double the lubion from today until Thursday. Obviously very disappointed and disheartening in less that 24 hours it’s all come crashing down already.

I started to take the POP approx 5-6 weeks ago. First month was over the counter Hana version, then got prescription (which is Zelleta). First month was absolutely fine. Had period on Hana and started taking the Zelleta towards the end of the period. I am still bleeding from the period which started

Going back to two years ago, I became pregnant through IVF using standard transfer timings (no extra progesterone) and no immune treatment. I did not carry to term due to chromosomal problems but this had nothing to do with the presence or absence of extra progesterone (ERA) or immune treatments.

We'll be elective freeze all if we get embryos🤞as I don't do well on progesterone and will have natural FET instead. My niggle is whether, on my second true period after miscarriage, I will be giving my ovaries enough time to get going again and produce good enough eggs?

Also, I’ve been advised to take my progesterone support starting on Thursday. My consultant said I could start it 2/3 days before transfer. I thought that would be Wednesday? does anybody have any experience of when to start the pessaries before transfer.

few episodes of nsvt longest episode 7 beats,had all test done which were normal,all this has coincided with irregular periods hot flushes and bloods show I’m in full menopause my question is I’m suffering with the menopause symptoms but is it safe to take HRT in transdermal oestrogen and utragestan- progesterone

So far I can't see non soy containing bioiddntical progesterone.

My Gp wanted to add the progesterone only pill to it ,but now that my mood has worsened I’ve decided not to take it Anyone know how long the mirena takes to settle? I don’t know if I can put up with all of the symptoms any longer 😢😢😢😢 Thankyou in advance Tina x

Had my blood test on day of transfer and again this morning to test progesterone level. Nurse informed me it was at 200 which is stable and to continue with the prontogest as normal. Does anyone know about progesterone levels? Thanks

I want to know about the receptivity of my womb and whether there is anything they can give me to help me stay pregnant like asprin or progesterone pessaries or hydroxychloroquine. All questions I will have to ask, because they won’t suggest anything it seems.

I've had a number of early losses now and have always wondered if my progesterone was maybe on the slightly lower side but never actually had it tested when I was pregnant.

I am 44 and don't really want to go for IVF but would be happy to try letrozole and progesterone supplementation to boost my (low) chances to conceive naturally. What is the best course of action? Will a fertility Dr be able to help me, and if so please could anyone recommend one?

Clexane and extra progesterone, all of which I have tried. I think the only potential thing they might be able to give me is stiglipin? What is this for? What test determines its usgae? Do they ever recommend anything else? Thanks

I tried the progesterone only pill for 3 months this year, it is called Slynd. I stopped that as it gave me terrible pain and bloating. Whilst on Slynd, I undertook a full set of bloods. The FSH was an alarming 72.5 and the LH, 22.6. I am worried to death.
