Advised for donor eggs after one cancelled stimulation cycle
As even before starting stims the
progesterone
tablets they've put me on gave me a whole loads of side effects and my body did not like them. I couldn't sleep for over two weeks and I am sure my body was under a lot of stress. Unfortunately, the medication wasn't quite explained to me.

Lining thickness
I had my first scan 10 days after starting Estrogen medication and it only measured 7.8mm I was then told to start
progesterone
4 days after. Is this ok? I’m worried my lining is too thin will it continue to grow up until transfer this week?

low progesterone
had blood tests and found out my
progesterone
levels were 4. The minimum accepted level in uk is 40 to go ahead with the FET. I took 2 cyclogest pessaries / day and 1
progesterone
injection called prolutex. (Intramuscular). What have I done wrong?

Sensitive - advice about progesterone in pregnancy
The main thing that worries me is my
progesterone
levels were low last time I was pregnant. I only knew this due to private tests done at the clinic. The NHS are refusing to test me so I have booked a private blood test next week.

Should i just give up? I am so confused about what to try next. My head is a total mess and feel like i cant go on today.
Just 40 years old previous two rounds: Round One; 3 eggs two fertilised day 5 - one 4 cell and one 8 cell. nothing to freeze (no fresh transfer due to cyst and high
progesterone
) round 2: 4 eggs only one fertilised normally - (calcium ionophore was used) one blastocyst transferred.

Potentially diagnosed PCOS
A blood test showed testosterone was above normal range, low
progesterone
an LH of 22 and my white blood cell count was under the lower end of the reference range. I am due to go for a transviginal scan in a couple of weeks to see what’s going on internally but the GP said it’s most likely PCOS.

I also take HRT oestrogel and Ultogestan
progesterone
, I take these much later in the day so as not to affect my Levothyroxine which I take first thing on a morning one hour before eating. I have tested through Medichecks as my GP said my TSH is fine and wouldn’t test anything else.

First Failed FET
The medication I was taking 6mg estrogen and 3
Progesterone
pessaries. I am 31 years old and have never pregnant in my whole life. Before jumping to another FET, would like to have any suggestions that what kind of test or improvement I can do next time?

what to try next?
I had anorexia pretty badly in my 20s and my bone density still isn't the greatest, so I've avoided
progesterone
-based treatments.

?Bowel Endometriosis
I have been on the combined pill since I was 13/14ish for heavy periods (never suffered with cramps) but changed to
progesterone
only about 2022- so no longer break for a period. The day of having my ultra sound my GP rang me to discuss stool sample results- which were fine, nothing found.

Anyone else had any experience with doubling up on the progesterone pill to stop bleeding?
I had been on noriday for 8 months will basically no problems. This month, I started my period and it just didnt stop. I went to my GP who switched me over to Desogestrel and told me to take 2 a day as this pill is more reliable, and this will stop my bleeding. How long should I take 2 of this pill before

Bleed in 2ww
I’m day 5 of my 2ww and have spotting 😭 I called the clinic and they gave it the usual “carry on doing what you’re doing” it wasn’t until I questioned them about the
progesterone
levels being high enough that she said she’ll check with the consultant.

I feel a bit worried that it will impact my
progesterone
levels at a critical time. I’ll talk to the clinic about it later but any advice? Xx
