had blood tests and found out my progesterone levels were 4. The minimum accepted level in uk is 40 to go ahead with the FET. I took 2 cyclogest pessaries / day and 1 progesterone injection called prolutex. (Intramuscular). What have I done wrong?

low progesterone
Are you taking yours spreadout throughout the day and always at the same times? Have you spoken to your clinic? Also the meds have to be a certain temperature for example lubian needs to be stored 22 degrees or lower I think. Not used prolutex. But if it's like lubion maybe that also needs to stored at a certain temp.Your clinic should be advice you. Maybe you need to increase your dosage. I know some people take gels, tablets and injections.
It could be also the time you took the test as level can vary throughout the day. Eg higher when taken meds the done first thing in the morning.
My progesterone was lower than what my clinic wants it to be on the day of transfer. They said normal pregnant women have 30-50 at this stage. Mine was just above 60 with two cyclogest 400mg daily and two Lubion injection daily. They want at least 100. So, they increased my progesterone intake, adding two crinone gel a day. Couple of days later my progesterone level went up very close to 200! They were happy with it and I’m taking all the meds now. I’m sorry that I have no ideas of which unit they are using. It could be nmol/L.
The nurses told me that some people react slowly and yours might be coming up slowly or actually your clinic needs to increase the dosage. I don’t believe you did something wrong. Just slow to react.
