A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
Taurine, magnesium, magnesium oil,
progesterone
cream , vitamin C, etc- all helped but only temporarily. Before I was sleeping quite well and only needing to take things before bed, and once during the night. Well, I thought of something else, and looked it up. That is St. John's Wort.

Been in constant agony since excision surgery in January, at my wits end please please help
At my follow up the gynaecologist put me on a
progesterone
pill (as well as keeping the mirena) which was supposed to help with the bleeding, it made it 100% worse and I was cramping as well as bleeding for months.

hormone imbalance - any clues?!
I have a mirena,
progesterone
coil. I am hypothyroid, have moderate / severe ME, mostly housebound, tonne of debilitating symptoms, additional fibro diagnosis plus more. Currently battling chronic follicultis and acne Rosecea so thought hormone tests might shed some light!

Support needed please
showed extremely low
progesterone
and it is unlikely I will ever conceive naturally. I don’t know how to feel. I can’t believe we were told the wrong information and have essentially wasted a year trying and being disappointed every month.

HRT and autoimmune thyroiditis
Am about to be prescribed transdermal oestrogen and
progesterone
tablets. I am 56 y with much crabbines and fatigue. Have also just discovered that I may have Hashimotot's (see my post). How will HRT affect things? Do I not go ahead with it? Thanks.

Does this sound like endo?
So on to the last few weeks, I had a period that lasted 5 weeks, I was prescribed
progesterone
to stop the period and although the bleeding stopped, the pain has not, and if anything it has gotten worse!?

Do I continue the
progesterone
, oestrogen etc, or no need? Yesterday i carried about 2 kgs worth of groceries and played around with the dog a bit. I know that was not the smartest move. I woke up this morning with heavy cramps and took 2 Spafson to calm things down a bit.

No bleed after -ve test
Could it be the oestrogen or
progesterone
? I am on the same dose as I was with my first 2 cycles. I also had depo injection all 3 cycles. Only difference this time is my period was regulated with a month on the pill.

surgical menopause
What are your thoughts on including
progesterone
in your hrt regime if you are in surgical menopause and previously had severe endo? My hysterectomy included endo excision by an endo specialist. Is it necessary?

Progesterone blood test
Hi all, I am having FET in Spain and they want me to do a
progesterone
test and send results on the same day. I am currently in Liverpool and nowhere says they do same day results. Has anyone got any suggestions about where I could go?

Progesterone levels
I am currently taking
progesterone
pessaries and intramuscular (every other day) and I was wondering… how often did your clinic check your
progesterone
levels after transfer? I got my levels checked on the transfer day and everything was fine but that was it.

HCG/ progesterone levels
First was 183 HCG and 117
progesterone
. Todays was 484 HCG but 98.3
progesterone
. I know I’m probably worrying over nothing as my clinic seem happy with these results but once again looking for reassurance that these numbers are ok? I’m having my third (and hopefully final) beta on Friday.

progesterone levels
I’m just worried my
progesterone
level might drop and they weren’t keen on re-testing.. said I’ve got to speak with Dr on Friday when I have the transfer.

No endo found
Since tried the
progesterone
only pill on top, had a normal mri, bleeding rectally before my period, awful bowel problems and pain before my period. Was started on Zoladex for 6 months and added to the list for a total hysterectomy.
