Progesterone oil injection using 25G needle

Hi, i made a big mistake. My clinic gave me progestrone oil to inject in intramuscular. They gave me 21G needle to inject. But it was big needle and i thought they forget to give me small needles. Now i already got 25G needles in home. I used it for injection.Today i contacted my clinic that they forget to give me small needles. They said you have to inject with same big needle because it's oil based injections.

Please tell me what should i do?
