Nausea and IBS - is it common?
I've tried
probiotics
and more extreme things like fasting to no avail. I try not to eat at all if I'm at work. On a normal day I eat one slice of bread with butter in the morning and then I don't eat until I'm back home (where my lunch diet consists of many hardboiled eggs and raw vegetables).

Please could anyone help me interpret my latest blood test
Using B12 spray daily, Vit D, &
probiotics
to try and help myself, but still feel awful. Am not good at interpreting what’s going on, so would appreciate anyone’s help who can explain my results. GP says as I’m 65 so she doesn’t want to mess around with my thyroid medication.

My Years with IBS
I have tried numerous
probiotics
but some made no difference, others made me worse, and by trial and error, I have narrowed it down to Solgar multi billion dophilus as the best for me. Doesn’t stop my bouts totally but this does seem to help me with less frequent flair ups.

New to T3 but not new to Hashimotos
I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to advise me about taking T3. I have 25mcg so I did intend being very wary and taking one quarter for say 5 to 7 days and then perhaps upping it gradually. I am nervous as a functional medicine gp prescribed some NDT a couple of year ago, only a quarter

I think l need antibiotics rather just being told I have IBS
Probiotics
and diet changes haven't helped.
Probiotics
see to be making it worse. I'm on a low FODMAP and feel weak and nutrient deficient. Plus it's made no difference.

Can certain probiotics increase dopamine
I did some research and found that these
probiotics
produce lactic acid.

probiotics
on top of the multibionta too. Anyway these are just things that are going round in my head. Any advice will be very gratefully received.

Supplements
I think
probiotics
are just live cultures so would this interfere in any way with levothyroxine ?

Treatment for SIBO
I am due to have a consultation with the private practitioner I am seeing in about 3 weeks but I wondered whether anyone has experience of successfully treating SIBO and what you did - antibiotics,
probiotics
, diet, supplements or a combination?

Advice on dosing and blood testing
Hi all I have recently started on T3 20mcg (10am and 10 12) along with my normal T4 100mcg and was feeling well. My GP repeated my bloods In Jan and panicked on my TSH level and suggested I drop to 75 T4. I then spoke to my endo who said not to drop so much but rather to 87.5 daily. My GP advised not

Do you have the same symptoms as I do?
•
Probiotics
: Started trying them recently and noticed I am able to have cottage cheese and milk without issues. • Activated Charcoal capsules: no effect on gas at all or even brain fog.

Glutamine to treat colitis?
I've advised Kefir for the
probiotics
& glutamine but as I say any colitis sufferers out there who have had success treating without the need of a GP would be most appreciated. Happy New Year to you all & good health. Paula 🙏

Late Night/Early morning IBS Thoughts
I saw someone to discuss IBS a couple of days ago. They said it is likely that I have it - recommended a particular probiotic ( which I seem to have mislaid) and mentioned another test they will do to check for something else - again I've forgotten the name of it - something like c- seat. It involves

Reflexology, what are your thoughts?
Hi everyone. I tried Accupuncture in our first fresh cycle, unfortunately we weren’t successful and we’re due to go again next month for an FET. I have had a lot of recommendations to look into reflexology since and decided that I was going to give it a go! I’ll try anything at this point. I have
