I'm starting my f.o.d.m.a.p diet soon, just seen my dietition, also might have something wrong with my gallbladder which my gastro failed to mention to me last year.going to see a G.I. specialist tomorrow to run real tests to rule out everything els to make sure it is ibs and not something els. Finally getting a doctor who will help I hope, just got to fight my insurence for linzess back now. Adoni is good. Also wondering where I can get some cheap probiotics from, I live in the USA. Can't do activia since it's a dairy product. Any help or info would be appreciated thank you.
