ARV or AR-V7 testing ? What company?
I am trying to get as much info on AR events so that I might find out if I have AR-V7 variations and such. Why? I am trying to figure out if the local ARV-110 Clinical trial might work out for me. My oncologist wants me to try the trial and so far the only positive pre-condition which I have is "AR

Oxford vaccine stimulates broad antibody and T cell functions.
Today, researchers from the University of Oxford have published further data from the Phase I/II clinical trials of the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 coronavirus vaccine, evidencing the decision to move to a two-dose regimen in ongoing phase III trials, and how ChAdOx1 nCov-19 is induces broad antibody and T cell

Title; Pembrolizumab + Olaparib
I have started a clinical trial which is based on 3 weekly cycles of Pembrolizuma(200mg once every 3 weeks) + Olaparib(600mg per day). So far I feel that I may not be tolerating the dosage rate of Olaparib so good as I don't feel as well as I did before the trial and I am experiencing a lot of the side

Research identifies genetic variant which determines speed of PSP progression
New research has identified a genetic variant which determines how quickly the neurodegenerative condition Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) progresses, once symptoms begin. The genetic variant relates to a gene called LRRK2. This gene has previously been linked to the risk of developing Parkinson

Clinical Trials Available
Hi fellow MBC ladies! I learned that if you go to www.LBBC.org they list all the clinical trials available for MBC patients based on your unique diagnosis. You can search using key words as well. Many trials are looking for enough qualified participants to begin trials. I hope that helps! ❤️🙏❤️

Help with Non Hodkin’s Lymphoma
Hello I’m new here. I have just started a new regimen of treatment for Follicular Lymphoma. How does everyone differentiate between RLS symptoms, vs. augmentation from one of your meds vs. withdrawal symptoms
I have been dealing with RLS for 20 years and the past year has been by far the worst with significant escalation of the disease. I have experienced augmentation from Mirapex and then severe withdrawal due to very bad advice from my neurologist. I was then put onto Neupro patches at 2mg and a week

Just Diagnosed with T4N1 Ductal Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate
I am a 68 year old male, recently diagnosed with prostate cancer which is apparently a rare Ductal type. I always had a normal PSA and negative DRE until I had a kidney stone and my PSA jumped to 7.9. My doctor decided that the PSA score was elevated due to the kidney stone and the effect of antibiotics

AstraZeneca hitches ride with Russia's Sputnik in vaccine race.
Trials will start by the end of the year and Russia wants to produce the new vaccine jointly if it is proven to be effective, said the RDIF wealth fund, which has funded Sputnik V. AstraZeneca said it was considering how it could assess combinations of different vaccines, and would soon begin exploring

Questions about cancer treatments using mRNA. Also, custom vaccine cancer treatments history.
I've just been told that there have been custom treatments for patients using mRNA being used for the last 15 years. We've even been to Israel for vaccines 2008/2009.. with solid tumors being really problematic as far as response. Why is it that I haven't heard then or now what custom tumor treatments

Quest for LU 177 therapy Continues...
Some interesting developments today in my quest for PSMA ligand imaging and therapy. I had contact with UCSF today and as luck/prayer/God/the universe would have it, there was a last minute cancellation for the Gallium-68 PSMA PET CT earlier this week. I will be flying to San Francisco to have the
