Clinical Trials - how often do they allow crossovers?
Clinical Trial Crossovers. Do you know if in blind trials, if the people getting the new drug get better results how often do they then allow the people that were getting the placebo to start getting the new drug? Thanks.

Yes, Vitamin D again - but not specifically PCa.
Someone raised the question - is vitamin D supplementation ever a good idea? TA: "JoAnn Mason (sic), probably the foremost expert on this ..." I thought I'd look at what JoAnn Manson, as a member of the VITAL study team, had to report. [1] "Vitamin D supplementation for five years, with or without omega

first dose Lu 177, Within 24 hours from now. Butterflies are flying.
Is there anything within my control that I can do to prep for this treatment. Its funny I am a self proclaimed Veteran of the cancer wars, although this very promising , seemingly last option I am the most nervous about. I have been subjected to a radical prostectomy, and enough radiation too make me

Phase III trial to Standard of Care
I am wondering if anyone is advocating for the regulating bodies to be involved in final period of a stage III clinical trial so when the results are released it becomes standard of care immediately. It seems that red tape is costing lives as I watch trial results released at big conferences ( is waiting

I'm Making Stuff Up Again: Lemon Sludge for PD
I saw this video: Can Eating A Lemon Per Day Sky Rocket My Energy? https://youtu.be/u6iD6lD63aQ The video shows how you can blend whole lemons and have a tablespoon of lemon sludge in the morning and it lowers your PH and gives you energy and a bunch of good stuff, but it did not mention PD. Clinical trials with Zytiga
Ok I am not good at research but gave it a shot. Are there any clinical trials ongoing or completed using less than 1,000 mg of Zytiga. as the maximum daily.

Anti-ageing, turn back the clock on disease, and all that.

Has anyone heard of clinical trial NCt05125016
We had visit with oncologist, not good at all. His scrotum has been swollen think it is lympadema from the cancer. PSA over 288!! Alp ok. Doctor said only thing left is chemo, which he gives at most 40% chance of helping or above trial. This is phase 1, with drug, REGN43336 and Cemiplimab for this

Great results from Mylofibrosis clinical trial.
I’ll add another photo in the comments if I can. It’s one that mentions what she’s been taking. But if that doesn’t work you can just go to Facebook and search MPM Australia New Zealand. Really hope this helps MF sufferers!

Test monthly or three months? Different PSA results from different labs?
Two issues here that might be of interest or help to some, to tackle in the same post. I have always realized there may be variations from lab to lab, but assumed they would normally be quite small. But maybe not super-small, as I read this: "Using the same laboratory is essential, because not all labs
