Mediterranean diet
There was a question posted recently about diet and how to ensure that you are getting enough nutrients from food. I thought my answer might be useful to others, so here is much of information that I posted and a bit more in case anyone missed it. I attended a course on the microbiome (gut bacteria)

Low potassium and B12 deficiency
Hi everyone! I have started Hydrocobalamin injections (1000ug every other day). I ran a blood test prior to injections to verify potassium levels. Potassium levels are on the low normal range (a couple months previous was potassium deficient but cleared off with prescribed supplements). It’s difficult

Potassium for Ectopics
I was just wondering what is the dosage that most people here take for Potassium where you can see a significant improvement in the ectopics frequency? I just received my Amazon order - Potassium Citrate 99 mg and I'm looking forward to see how it will improve my problem..

Potassium level high
My husband was put on

to prevent kidney stomes. He has stage 3 kidney disease. His potassium level came back 5.8 Is it because of the medication or the kidney disease. I wonder why this doctor would put him on potassium meds if he has kidney disease?

Cleaning materials for COVID-19
If, like me, you're struggling to find an antiseptic or antiviral spray or wipe in the supermarket, you might find something suitable under your kitchen sink! Most cleaning products contain surfactants (basically soaps or detergents), but many also contain biocides, which means they are active against

Can mild incline in potassium levels after b12 inj therapy explain heart palpitation and anxiety?
I'm probably deficient in b12 as I have many of the relevant symptoms (including neurological) so I started b12 injection therapy in the advice of my Doctor. I'm using cianocoblamin 1000 mcg injection each alternate day. I'm also mildly deficient with Iron so I take the Solgar "Gentle Iron" - 25mg byglicinate
