Goods things first - PSA remains the same as in Feb2020 at 0.001 ng/ml - liver enzymes look good. Alkaline Phosphate was at 33 (low - was at 51 in Feb) Sugar levels high, LDL is high - dad had his dental caps fall out and difficultly in chewing so has been eating a lot of sweets/indian halwa lately explaining the high sugar levels - in feb also they were high - the onco had asked to control it via foods or else visit a GP for diabetes medicine. The concerning thing this time around was his Urinalysis which show traces of blood, Leucocytes (ESTERASE) and protein present. Flowcytometric Examination shows Leucocytes 1/HPF, RBC 3/HPF, Epithelial Cell 2/HPF and Cases (Hyaline) 3/HPF. These were all negative in Feb 20 reports, though protein and glucose was present in his Sep19 urinalysis report - the doctor dint seem to say anything then. His Renal Profile (Urea(20), Creatinine (0.91), Sodium (139), Potassium (4.20), Chloride (101)) Uric Acid (2.7 - always been low maybe due to alcohol consumption) levels are all normal within the range. Also his RBC in haemogram was low at 4.33 millions/cumin. Haemoglobin was 13.6, normal but lower than 14.5 levels in February.
Due to the covid situation our MO does not visit the hospital - we do telephonic consultation with him - When we forwarded the report to him he told us they were fine and to continue abiraterone and to hold zometa injection as we had the dental caps to replace. When asked him specifically about the presence of protein, wbc, blood in urine he asked us to get the urine retested in a week's time and to consult his junior MO at the hospital with the reports, if required.
We are scared with the urinanalysis result - is it due to UTI but bacteria isnt present, is it due to kidney damage (hope not and renal profile is normal) or just dehydration - anyone knows what could it be -waiting for one week is stressing us out?

A UA is just a screen and that screen you quoted is not concerning in the slightest. We are trying to reserve this site for patients and family with advanced prostate cancer issues which this is not. Sorry don’t want to sound cold.
Side effects of treatments for advanced prostate cancer frequently get discussed on this site, so I see absolutely nothing wrong with you expressing your fear about your father's abnormal UA results. Most of us can empathize with you as we have had similar experiences. I can't comment on the UA results, but I did find that keeping myself very busy with projects around the house was a good distraction from fearful rumination while waiting for the next test/results. Your father may just be having a transient condition and the medical staff will get it resolved.
Thanks a lot for your help. This has indeed provided some relief. Will get the urine culture done next week and consult a doctor. In the meantime will ask him to increase his water intake, cranberry, garlic etc to fight the UTI naturally. Indeed, otherwise normal situations such as a UA tend to scare you more when you have an advanced cancer diagnosis, specially in these uncertain times when you can’t easily have a face to face consultation with your doctors.
