I posted this a few days ago and only got one reply. I asked Rescuema for help by private message and asked if I could post the precious info she generously gave me, as it could potentially help other members:

Are there supplements one can take to reduce E Faecalis naturally? Other than Camomille, which I already drink, and garlic, which I already take in my food, I didn’t find much.
According to this link, posted by aspergerian13 a few days ago,
pnas.org/content/early/2020..., researchers have found that reduced benefits and many side effects of Levodopa Carbidopa can be the result of a bacterial decarboxylase enzyme, produced by the commensal gut microbe Enterococcus faecalis.
‘’Balskus and others are learning that the interactions among our microbes and medications are far more complex than previously assumed, potentially causing toxic side effects or altering drugs’ activity. Medications left unabsorbed in the body are usually marked for removal in the liver and then transported to the gut. Although human cells no longer recognize these excretory products, intestinal bacteria can act on inactivated drug molecules’’

I can't say I have a personal experience with the strain, but this method tends to work while you want to avoid antibiotics against pathogens - you can either try changing your diet (especially sugar and carbs) to cause a gradual microbiome shift, or try to overwhelming the strain with other beneficial mega probiotics supplement.
You may also want to look into a few weeks of therapy with oregano oil (pretty potent so be careful for your liver) and/or olive leaf extract, and then infuse back with good probiotocs. Change of diet is essential in most of the cases. I hope this helps.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction with your several points:
Oregano oil :
Seems to be a very good option.
I found Softgels from Natural Factors: 180mg Organic wild Mediterranean Oregano oil, origanum vulgare leaf, providing carvacrol 80% 144 mg. Other ingredients : organic extra virgin olive oil
Thank you for the tip about the liver: I will stop the 1 to 2 daily glasses of wine for six weeks while I take oregano.
Diet
I eat no sugar, for example: no candy, cookies, deserts of any kinds.
But since I eat gluten-free and no dairy products, I have been eating lots of (good) carbs to try to maintain my weight (I am underweight). I will cut those for six weeks.
Probiotics
I have been taking probiotics for many years. During the past year, I have been alternating between these 3 different ones (change every day):
1. C. butyricum MIYAIRI 588 by Miyarisan Pharmaceutical, Tokyo.
2. Swiss Lab 12 billion:
•Bifidobactérium breve (HA-129) 0.03 milliards d’UFC
•Bifidobactérium longum subsp (HA-135) . 0.09 milliards d’UFC
•Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122) 0.03 milliards d’UFC
•Lactobacillus helvelicus (HA-501) 0.012 milliards d’UFC
•Lactobacillus paracasei (HA-196) 8.598 milliards d’UFC
•Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119) 3.12 milliards d’UFC
•Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-500) 0.12 milliards d’UFC
3. Bifidobacterium longum BB536
2 capsules of 10 Billion Bifidobacterium longum BB536
Do you know of better choices against E. Faecalis?
Last but not least… I have been taking daily low dose Aspirin since 2013 for sciatica and shoulder pain. I have always suspected this is causing me gut problems. However, I searched the Web and found no E. Faecalis and Aspirin link. Do you think there is?
Many thanks again,

What conditions are you specifically bothered by? Do you have a UTI?
I personally don't like to take Aspirin long-term. I advise you to look into taking serrapeptase enzyme along with turmeric/curcumin to control the inflammation and pain. Start slow with Serrapeptase because it eats up dead protein and may rupture pathogen biofilm in some people causing complications, but it's non-toxic and very effective remedy.

No UTI, Aspirin since 2013 for sciatica and shoulder pain.
Yes, I read about Serrapeptase enzymes on here a few weeks ago. I searched the web, but found you can't take it with Aspirin (too much blood thinning). The problem with stopping Aspirin (tried many times) is the Pantoloc.... A Proton Pump Inhibiter. Since 2013, the only thing that would help the pain was Aspirin but it gave me acid reflux. The good doctor !!!! put me on PPI and whenever I tried to get off either one, or both, got all messed up : neuromuscular pain, acid reflux, general pd symptoms worsen. Willing to give Serrapeptase a try, but not very confidident getting off of Aspirin, nor PPI.
I stopped Theracurmin (too much blood thinning action) without noticing any difference in pain.

Look into Betaine HCL - Dr's Best has "Betaine HCL pepsin and gentian bitters" so try taking that with food. If you're having GERD and reflux issues, it's probable that you're not making enough stomach acid to digest food. Also check you potassium level and if on the lower side, try supplementing potassium citrate.

Thank you. I have no way of checking my potassium level at the moment. If I take supplementing without knowing, could it be damageable?
Would you mind if I copied your answers into my original post? I think it could potentially help other people.

Betaine HCL is dsafe and should be taken with every meal.

With K citrate, you can start slow with only 1-3 pills a day. Monitor your blood pressure and watch out for hypotension. Some people take it to prevent kidney stones and it's a urinary alkalinizer. Potassium pills are limited to 99mg to avoid overdosing for susceptible people. Spaced out throughout a day, it should be ok for most people without heart or kidney conditions. Sometimes a low dosage is all you need for your body to start making more stomach acid and even improve constipation symptoms.
