Support Groups
Is anyone aware of any FND/NEAD/PTSD support groups in the Northwest of England (I'm in Cheshire)? There seems to be a few groups popping up but none around here.

Bristol MBU...
I'm being assessed to go to Bristol MBU...any experiences? I have severe PND with this baby (number 3). I went to Birmingham MBU with number 2 with PP. I'm feeling very nervous.

parkrun report
I was very apprehensive going to parkrun today - it was like the first time I went. I wasn't sure I could do it but I there were a few people there like me, back after time out with illness or injury and all feeling exactly the same as me. We gave each other a bit of a pep talk and off we went to the

In need of a pep talk
I'm in bed with a cold or virus of some sort. It's the same one the rest of my family have had, and they carried on regardless, but I am totally wiped out. I couldn't take my daughter to school this morning. I have no choice but to pick her up this afternoon and I'm dreading the walk. Being so incapacitated

Long Post!! But worth reading!! 🤗
OOOKK, so sometimes I get these phases or periods were I feel really lonely, I feel like everyone hates me, or just doesn’t find me interesting and that people don’t want to associate with me for that reason. I feel depressed at times and it gets really bad to the point were I question what would happen

I'm complicated!
Thank you for the lovely welcome. Maybe I should give a bit of background first. I have quite a few auto immune things going on, as well as other bits and bobs, so I'll just do a quick list! UCTD, Lupus, Systemic Sclerosis, Septic/Osteo Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Hiatus Hernia, Sjogren's Syndrome, GORD

Hi, I don’t have ptsd but have had severe mental health issues. Am now recovering. As there isn’t a site in particular for that I thought I’d post here?

Suicidal thoughts
I want to kill myself, I'm constantly stressed and always have nightmares (I don't know if it shows but I have ptsd) and not even the hotlines I've texted could be of much aid. How can I find little things to live for?

Risks during peremenopause
Im completely new to posting on here so please have patience. I suffered from PP 5 years ago and iv had no other symptoms since but I am getting increasingly worried that I may be starting early menopause. I am 44yrs old. I have been recently feeling quite depressed, no energy and extremely short tempered

Asthma / GERD?
Hi everyone I’m new to this forum and hoping that some frequent users might be able to help me. I’ve been asthmatic all my life (34yrs), well controlled apart from the odd chest infection in winter. I was changed inhaler to Fostair 4 Year’s ago. Didn’t get on too well with it at first had palpitations

Different life
Sometimes I wonder what I did in a past life to have gone through such a bad abusive relationship and end up with ptsd anxiety now? My insecurities from my marriage sometimes carry over into my current relationship sometimes I might be over reacting but sometimes I know I'm not crazy or wrong or having

Which test is best
Hello, i posted a few months ago about my symptoms along with ptsd, sleep apnoea, chronic pain and hypohydrosis. Everyone suggested I get tested again as my GP following ‘negative’ test results from endo has put my symptoms down to my PTSD, (it seems everything is because of my PTSD). Anyways I have

25 minutes agoHearYou Jeff, I am not familiar with Dr. Weekes work. Has she offered anything new for PTSD since 1986? I am serious and need some help today. I was seriously injured, including some brain damage, in an accident 17 years ago. Memory issues and PTSD followed. I didn't know fully what that

Psychic reading or hypnosis??
I have anxiety and ptsd from a traumatic marriage in my past. I am now engaged to a wonderful man but because of my past I have a lot of insecurities that he does not understand. Has anyone ever went to a psychic for a reading and actually what they said came out to be true or have you ever been hypnotized
