Any light at the end of this long ‘waiting’ tunnel?

The consultant requested that I didn't take any anticoagulant for another 24 hours as they had removed a small
polyp
. I did worry a little that I was more at risk of stroke as I was in AF but he said it was fine and to start them again the next day.

Feeling the pain
Firstly a
polyp
growing on the site of an old
polyp
removal, growing fast and furious on the scar tissue. A real nasty mean looking
polyp
too, which has got to come out via transanal microsurgery. However, what the wonderful consultant also showed me was radiation damage from the Brachy.

Getting diagnosed

What is this?
He removed one "unconcerning"
polyp
and took tissue samples from the other spots and sent them to be biopsied. Now I'm just waiting for results. He said he didn't know if it was scar tissue from my hemorrhoidectomy, proctitis or something else entirely.

Could my pain and ongoing symptoms be Fibromyalgia?
I do have a gallbladder
polyp
but consultant says shouldn’t be causing me problems as so small. Could this be Fibromyalgia? I have alway had problems with painful periods and intercourse and was treated for endometriosis. I had my son through IVF.

Lung cancer spread to bowel?
Now however the PET scan has lit up in his bowel also :( The nurse specialist said they're not saying it's cancer, it could be a
polyp
but as it has lit up they need to investigate. He has 0 symptoms... no change in bowel habits or anything. Have we any hope this may just be a
polyp
?

What is wrong with me????
Some IBS and a large
polyp
removed a year and a half a go. However, my gut feeling is that this is a gynae issue. I have 3 fibroids (small at last scan), an adhesion (from cesarean), connecting bladder to uterus. I have had a couple of cysts on the right ovary, but both resolved naturally.

What did you take to hospital when you had surgery? (Laparoscopy)
Laparoscopy and
polyp
removal. I’ve been told to bring slippers and a robe (dressing gown) which I have and maybe something to entertain myself. Might take my kindle and phone. Is there anything else I need. I’m only meant to be in for the day so won’t need overnight things.

Remove polyp before IUI?
Obviously the
polyp
removal will be on the NHS, which will delay everything waiting on the appointment for that. Should I just go ahead and start the IUI? Or should I have the
polyp
removed before starting treatment? Thank you so much for any help that you can give! xx
