Vitamins for fatigue?
Another photo of the Whitwell area. On my good days I love to walk alone, with a friend or a group of friends. We go all over the Island, up the downs, along the rivers around the coast. I feel extreme lucky to be able to do this, though It does obviously depend on my energy levels (seems to be getting

Unlocking the Maze of B Complexes: A Handy List for Safe Dosages and Bioactive Vitamins
It can be quite challenging to find reliable B-complex supplements that are safe in terms of dosage. Additionally, it is advisable to opt for bioactive vitamins for added safety. Iron supplement recommendations please
Can anyone recommend an iron supplement that won't cause constipation? My iron is low so GP prescribed me 200mg Ferrus Sulphate. Feeling cold despite overactive thyroid
I feel the cold all the time but GPs can't seem to find an issue. I'm currently in a heated home with three jumpers and two pairs of socks on, plus a blanket! GP did full blood tests, showing an overactive thyroid but all other tests within range (detailed below). I take 100mcg Levothyroxine a day and

B12 and menopause?
Hiya! I’ve been advised to take vitamin b complex for menopause symptoms but is there any point if I have pernicious anaemia? Might be a silly question but if my body can’t absorb it (I have injections every 3 months) isn’t my body just getting rid of it every day? Some advice would be good!

Negative PA Test - way forward
I had a low Vitamin B12 (125 mg/L) and low folate. One of my symptoms was severe pins and needles - particularly my legs, feet and genital areas. I had 4 loading doses of b12, followed by a further 2 at my request. I started folate tablets after 2 jabs. I had a IF test which came back negative. Shows

Vitamin B Complex
Hi All! Please could you advise if this b complex is good? I just bought it. I’d like to ask if the folic acid is sufficient for supplementation? It says to take 2 a day. I don’t have my results on me but my folic acid was low in range. Also I’m taking 1000mcg of b12 in active form (methylconalamin

I figured out why I couldn't tolerate antibiotics (caused severe burning) after developing SFN from B12 Deficiency
TL;DR I was able to succesfully use Uva Ursi and Antibiotics by combing them with an antihistamine (Uva Ursi and the antibiotics previously caused severe burning sensation of my skin.) Trimethoprin and Doxycycline were not having a direct toxic effect on my nerves, but were causing mast cells to further

Nervous tummy
I'm really getting very low in mood. My tummy heaves constantly. I have been quite proud of myself for about four months because I came off Sertraline. I put this down to my EOD inj of B12. It lifted me so much after nearly 50years on and off, mainly on, antidepressants. I have been worried about my

Thyroid symptoms or Parkinsons, an update to my previous post
A huge thank you to all the people who gave me such good advice! My FT3 is slightly up and my FT4 is slighty down, result! Going in the right direction. My Vitamin D is improving, I will continue to use BetterYou sublingual sprays (D3+K2) for this, and magnesium. My Vitamin B12 hasn't moved much,
