Vitamin B complex side effects?
Hi, I have Hashimotos under active thyroid, taking 75 mcg daily of levothyroxine. I decided to take Vitamin B supplements a few days ago, one twice a day. I started to feel very anxious and ‘hyped up’ and my heart felt strange, kind of racing and uneaten beat. I’ve stopped taking it now and it all seems

Methylated Support
Hi I’m looking to buy a Methylated Support B Vitamins product. One that doesn’t incur extortionate shipping & import costs. Can anyone help with this please? The one I am interested in is MoRS by Systemic Formulas, but the added cost in shipping it over is off the scale. There must be an alternative

ideas on managing Chemo induced peripheral neuropathy
Hi ladies, and gents. I have a question to those who suffer from neuopathy. How do you manage or sooth it? Mine isn't horrible but is definitely stopping me from a lot of activities because I'm going to pay for it later that night. Everything I read is about B12 deficiency.. I take plenty of B vitamins

I have a dental infection and seeing dentist today. Will need antibiotics. I’m trying to figure out which antibiotics are better for me to take and which to avoid. I don’t have much time before appointment so looking for your thoughts, I know others have looked into this. So far I’ve found that doxycycline
