Anyone tried Dulcolax suppositories for constipation?
I have used glycerin suppositories to get things moving and they used to work well but now they seem to irritate my rectum so much that I end up having to go to the loo many times all day (even though the suppository seems to get expelled without dissolving much). I see that Dulcolax suppositories

Taking together
I have been taking Laxido for the past two days for constipation and this morning used a glycerol suppository. It has worked a bit, but I wanted to know if I can carry on using Laxidol at the same time. I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia earlier in the week, but think that constipation is the main

Can bowel issues arise even if no endo on bowel its self?
I had a laparoscopy yesterday where an endo cyst was removed from one ovary, scar tissue removed from my appendix, and the other ovary was detached from my pelvic wall as it had stuck there. I’ve had severe pain on my left side for many years, and have to use tap water enemas or glycerin suppositories

More controversial medication. I still don;t care if you are anti.
I sent this in a private message to someone, but I think it should go here too. I have been a true medical cannabis user since 2014, but more like 2010 in reality. I smoked a lot of joints, which was just the norm here, even if I don;t like it. I got vaporisers (I have 5 different ones) over the last

Does regular exercise help incomplete evacuation?
I am so fed up with this problem. I have to go to the loo at least 5 or 6 times most days - the motions are usually quite soft but I have to strain to pass them and always feels like I haven`t finished. It`s been particularly bad lately and I`m wondering if it`s because I haven`t been getting much

Levo - a different beat.
Members may already know this. But for those who don't; there is a new kind of levo out there. It's in liquid form wrapped in gelatine. Swiss made, and there are only four ingredients: Levo; purified water; gelatine and glycerine. Not only does this make it more easy to assimilate, but it also rids the

I Would Appreciate Some Advice Please?
I already use Foligain shampoo/conditioner and am finding new little hairs growing back, only fine ones but they are there. Today I was reading the reviews for these supplements and they were all practically 5*. Looking at the ingredients they do contain iodine which I know we hypo’s aren’t supposed
