Help - need to verify ingredients to avoid PG or PEG
When I finally looked up the inactive ingredients myself, I discovered it has
Polyethylene
Glycol
and thanks to blogs and websites like this I've learned that they are very similar, so no wonder he was having a reaction.

10 months on - Redness caused by irritant (not allergen) very slowly going away
Hi, A little backstory first. I applied a substance around the eyebrow area after using it for a few weeks without issue. However, the second tube seemed to have applied more on the brush than the first tube. Please note I stopped using the serum for 5 days and when I applied a face wash that I had no

I Would Appreciate Some Advice Please?
I already use Foligain shampoo/conditioner and am finding new little hairs growing back, only fine ones but they are there. Today I was reading the reviews for these supplements and they were all practically 5*. Looking at the ingredients they do contain iodine which I know we hypo’s aren’t supposed

are similar? Cause similar reactions?

Thanks Jay 😄
For the heads up on the Brooks sale. Got myself a nice pair of pink glycerine 15's to go with my blue ones 👍. One of them will be taking me round the York marathon in October. Maybe I could do the odd one thing and wear one of each colour! I like taking pictures of new shoes as they don't look like

Dry Mouth, Dry Lips, Dry Eyes, Dry Skin, Eye Floaters And Some Possible Help
Dry mouth is a listed and common symptom of PD, but I think when many PWPs go to see their doctor, it may not be their highest priority to talk to their doctor about it with the other PD symptoms possibly being more prominent in the patients mind. Another consideration is that dry mouth is likely more

Off for gait analysis - updated
Heading into Manchester in my running shoes and shorts. Feel like a right lemon. Update: So...very nice young man in the store. Asked me about my running. Asked me to take my shoes off and looked at my arches. Asked me to walk away from him bearfoot. Said I looked neutral with a very slight roll on

Glycerin suppositories
I am so fed up with going to the loo and always feeling there is something left behind. When I get desperate I use a glycerin suppository and this is usually successful and I feel much more comfortable for the rest of the day. I am now thinking of doing this more regularly - possibly every day - and

In Focus: Menopause – Sex and Intimacy
Hello All I was planning to end March’s In Focus menopause posts with the topic of sex and intimacy but as it came up on the forum this week in a post by LosLabido I thought I would make it the topic for this week. Sex and intimacy is so individual; this is just to provide some resources and information

Strain even when BMs soft
Does anyone else have this problem? When I tell medics I often have to strain to pass a bm they assume I have hard, pellety motions - in fact they are usually quite soft. I struggled to pass anything today but was very conscious that there was something there to pass - ended up having to use a glycerine

When is a 'Treat' not a Treat and can you tell what this is by the ingredients? 😊
Hi folks, as its National nutrition month and it was on the news this morning that the UK needs to go on a diet and one of the problems was the low quality of the 'product' by product they mean the food that people are buying to fuel their bodies. So what is a treat? it implies a reward and something

Because I'm law abiding 😌.........
Bit of a topsy turvy photo but here are my new shoes and below the reason they were needed (you can just see the hole in the top of the Asics) and the fact that my feet seem to seize up a while after finishing my longer runs meant they were just about shot. The On Cloudflyers were my Christmas present

Brooks Run Signature Tour update
Just to let you know what it's all about following my post the other day. Basically, a ticket for the Run Signature gets you what is essentially a gait analysis but slightly 'techy', all done on a treadmill in the back of a large trailer plus a 20% discount card for a new pair of trainers). They strap
