11 days after op - advice please

Hello - can anyone give any advice about recovery following laparoscopic op? I’m 12 days post laparoscopic op where they removed left ovary and tube, masses of endo, 3 cysts and did a bowl shave. Feeling inside is tight and bruised but my main issue is going to the loo. I’ve drunk a bottle of lactulose.using stool softening tablets and have had to use a glycerin suppository a couple of times. I’m drinking 2 litres of water a day and sticking to a good diet but probably not being very mobile isn’t helping? Any advice or your experience would be fantastic- thanks.

Try and keep pacing about the house it will help get the bowels moving. I've just had a hysterectomy 4 days ago so I understand your pain. Take care xxx
