Lung clearing devices
It seems I have cryptogenic organising pneumonia, and have just stared prednisolone, but having trouble clearing mucus. Does anyone have experience with Air Physio or Revitive Aerosure devices, please.

My 2021
By the beginning of November 2020, I'd established a routine of three short easy runs each week plus a long run which alternated between an HM one week and something longer the next. This gave me a good solid base going into 2021. With that in mind, I decided to attempt the 45 mile Green Man Ultra in

So Near Yet So Far: Or My Running Year
I started 2021 on a roll off the back of the HU Winter Speed Challenge, Group 2020 Distance Challenge, and (rather lame on my part) attempts at festive Strava art. I signed up for LEJOG, with the crazy hope that I might complete it -running and walking – by my birthday in July. Taking part in the COGH

Quadratus lumborum, back and hip pain
I have been in and out of
physiotherapy
for years for problems with my right quadratus lumborum muscle (attaches bottom of ribs to top of hip). The only time it has completely stopped hurting in 5-6 years was after bowel prep for my colonoscopy when I was completely "empty".

Why researchers are turning to music as a possible treatment for stroke, brain injuries and even Parkinson’s.
Neurologic music therapy works a bit like
physiotherapy
or speech therapy, in that it aims to help patients manage symptoms and function better in their daily life. Therapy sessions use musical or rhythmical exercises to help patients regain functional skills.

Feeling unwell 8 weeks after fracture
I've got my sling off now and under
physiotherapy
care but I can't seem to feel 100% at all. It's as if I have no energy and feel drained. Now for about the last 5 days I'm doing nothing but belch all the time and it's so uncomfortable at the top of my stomach.

Week 1 Run 1 Take 2
As an early Christmas present to myself I started c25k for the second time today. Recovery from gluteal tendinitis
After 6 weeks of no running (my longest gap in 3 years of running 3-5k a week), I have finally felt a bit less pain from the gluteal tendinitis I was diagnosed with by a physio. I still feel a bit stiff going up and downstairs and standing on one leg, but have been doing gluten bridges yoga and Pilates

Downward Spiral
I was told by a professor of neurology that I had MS. He also told me that there were local support groups but not to go to them as there would be people there who would be much worse than me and it could be depressing. This was 33 years ago. About 15 years ago my diagnosis was changed to FND on the

Seeking Input About Effectiveness of Six Sessions Performed by Physical Therapist Specially Trained to Work with FND Patients

After being released from the hospital, how often did you have
physiotherapy
sessions and did you have a follow up session with the surgeon? What were some of the things you were restricted from or had trouble doing after you went home? How long before you got back to "normal".

Covid booster after 3rd primary vaccine.
Covid booster sorted. I spoke to my GP surgery today about my Covid booster as I couldn't book online. They checked and confirmed that the 3rd primary vaccine had been recorded as a booster by the vaccination centre. They promised to sort it within a week and get back to me. Twenty minutes later they

Burning legs
I want to appeal to all the knowledgeable RLS sufferers to see if they can help my dear husband who has been suffering from burning feet and legs. It has been diagnosed as a nerve trapped in lower spine which has been troublesome for years and is pretty wonky. He has had cortisone injections in the past

Hi All, my bloods were done three weeks ago, prior to seeing my Haemo Man, for the first face to face, in 20 months or so. It went well and I was told that things were moving at the pace he expected, and that he was not concerned A few days later, my Physio noticed a largish lump under my armpit. I
