Tips for 2ww anxiety
Hi, I'm starting progynova tomorrow ready for my first FET. I found when I did the fresh round that I got quite anxious and stressed in the 2ww. I'm sure I've read on here that people have used some mindfulness or meditation apps while going through IVF. Has anyone got any recommendations for which apps

Maybe drifting back to normal driving?
As I said in a previous post, I had a sort of setback and felt I wasn't improving in my driving phobia. But the last couple of days, I've felt like I've been driving more normally, not perfect, and not having mastered any specific responses or approaches, just as though the fearfulness is ebbing a bit

I received a letter from my long-term disability insurance provider. They were letting me know that due to the fact that I have a mental health diagnosis on the account they are limited to only paying me for the next two years. However the representative said that if I had a ‘real medical diagnosis’

Stomach issues
Hi Everyone I am having problems with stomach pains over the, last 3 weeks but did go off for several days now worse though. It can be one of the side effects from tocilizumab but I have been in out about 5 months now so would it have started before now if it is the tocilizumab? Also on other DMARDS

When to increase dosage of Carbidopa/Levodopa
Husband had an appointment with his neurologist a few weeks ago. Hubby does not have tremors and dr. stated he couldn't tell if hubby was getting any worse. Also asked him if he was depressed and he responded no. Neurologist said well you can up your dosage of Carbidopa/Levodopa - do you want to do

Unknowns
I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder and Depression about 15 years ago after finally growing tired of the feelings I never understood. The real problem was that no one ever helped me understand the diagnosis. It was like I had to deal with it on my own without help. But something happened yesterday

Panic throws rationale out the window
I've had quite a day! I felt on edge last night and eventually got it to fade. When I woke up today I was back to feeling anxious and began to have something of a panic attack just as my therapist called me for our weekly chat. I did not take the time to stop and consider what was going on, rather I

New here, looking for support
Hello all, I recently started therapy after being in a behavioral health facility for suicidal ideations. My therapist recommended I look for online support groups as I am quite anti-social but feel the need for support from others outside my family. I am grateful to have such a supportive family but

I feel as though I'm not progressing
For a while I was extending my drive almost every day, but I haven't been able to make progress on a freeway route I've been attempting. In fact, I feel occasionally that I've regressed and am more panicky there than I was. I kept trying for a few days, now I'm backing way off and driving to the point

Pharmasure vs ASDA
Hi, my clinic uses Pharmasure. I just got a quote sheet from them: Meriofert £23 Fostimon £23 Fyremadel £25 Suprecur £42 Does anyone know if these are a lot cheaper at ASDA? Do they accept digital prescription (PDF on my phone), or only an original printout? Do they do home delivery at all? I am trying

Off meds and absolutely worried / relapsing?
Hi guys. I've been on venlafaxine for 5 years, sometimes I was also prescribed xanax and then it was lorazepam. A 1 week ago my treatment finished. Of course that leaving meds was gradually until we reached the dose zero. The thing is, I'm starting psychotherapy today. I'm absolutely terrified my depression

Crippling Depression and Anxiety
GAD and Depression is crippling. I’m taking 30 mg of Percocet as more of an anxiety treatment than for my bad back. Weaned off Xanax. Took 2 yrs. Went from 3 mg daily to none. After 35 years of Xanax, I feel I need to continue with Benzos.
