My GP put me on Trazadone a few weeks ago 50mg per night for sleep . Having a phobia about antidressants I didn't take it. When I went to him with the no sleep & anxiety he put me on 10mg Lexapro 2 days ago. When asked if these were safe together. He says yes at theses low levels . All the data I'm reading says Major contraindications. Anyone else on this or with knowledge about the two?

Assuming you are in the UK and have collected your prescription from the chemist, it may be an option to have a word with the pharmacist about this query. Personally I would raise any concerns with my GP as it is possible they can make an error.
