I decided to do this post in English! So we are frequently discussing how fixing our microbiomes might help fix our brains. I still believe in that, and I believe the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) may be a good tool (or Wahls Paleo Plus).
But this new article seems to say you might also change your microbiome by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. (it also says the responders ate less carbs and more fats). SCD + CBT might attack the issue from both sides. It kind of links back to QiGong being effective also park_bear
There is a lot of great information and diagrams in this document showing how the brain gets rewired with CBT. I guess I need to add this to my protocol now.
