Echo findings
Whilst in hospital with fast AF I was given an echocardiogram. This was my first echo in AF. I have an echo every 6 months and the last one was normal except for dilated LA which they said was down to my weight. On top of dilated LA, this echo showed mild tricuspid regurgitation and borderline LSVF

Looking back 😀
Hello everyone on here. I hope everyone’s had a great Monday and a great past weekend. As I lay down here at home and reflect on the day I had, I must say it was a good day. For the most part, my depressions really elevated in the mornings. Yesterday I purchased a small notebook, and I wrote on

I've noticed that I'm a really sensory person. If something smells calming, I'm absolutely in love with it and have to buy it in bulk! 🤣 For example, I used to hate vanilla and lavender but now that I'm a bit older, the scents calm me down quite a bit and it helps to have something sweet or calming

Ivermectin and metoprolol
Has anyone taken ivermectin and metoprolol succinate? Did you experience any reactions? I want to take ivermectin for protocol but I read that a side effect is low blood pressure, and I already suffer with extremely low blood pressure. Can anyone shine some light on this situation for me?

Daily struggle with anxiety
Hi everyone. I wanted to join this group and read all of your stories to know I’m not alone in this battle. I was diagnosed with anxiety a few years ago, and was dealing with it pretty well with taking lorazepam as needed (only during panic attacks) I knew after watching my mom die in front of me at

Hi
Hey everyone. It's been a while since I posted & things were good for a while. My doc and I decided to stop my Lamictal, and while everything has been going smoothly my health anxiety is getting bad again. Mostly due to Covid & my fear of death. This last week has been especially hard because I work

Selegiline and Zandopa
My neurologist prescribed me selegiline a month ago and It helped me with tremor and movement. I also take Zandopa and sinemet. Yesterday 1.5 hours after taking zandopa, I started having severe headache, and my blood pressure raised to 225. I also vomited 4 times. It calmed down after an hour and blood

I’m literally scared all the time
I feel like my social anxiety just keeps getting worse as the years go by. The more I keep losing people in my life the more I feel like it’s my fault and I did something wrong. So I don’t let myself get close to people even though I really really crave a close connection with someone. Or when I do get

How do you get to relief? What is relief for you?
Lately I do not have relief and I dwell in suffering with my insides feeling like there are thrashing with pain and guilt. I feel the uncomfortableness throughout my body abd where did this come from? From my heart? From my past trauma? From my bipolar? From meds? Why? What is this? I feel selfish when

Help! Hypervigilant of heart!
So I recently had a trigger in my anxiety that might be one of the worst yet. So two weeks ago my anxiety about my heart rate increasing so much continued again and then later I got a feeling in my chest, and my anxiety made me think it was me suddenly gaining "control" over my heart. It made me panic
