I've been on Mirtazapine for a few months now. Before this I was on sertraline and I was completely numb, self harming and unwanted thoughts. Meds was changed to Mirtazapine. Im now feeling but my anxiety is through the roof.
Has anyone else had this on Mirtazapine? I have lorazepam from when I was on sertraline but not too sure if I can take it.

Talk to your Doctor regards the taking of LORAZEPAM, especially if your Doctor has moved you on with your medications.
Does your Doctor advise you stop taking above or keep taking them when taking Mirtazapene. Follow His instruction. If you are taking two medications that will most probably increase the side affects.
When you change a medication it takes around five weeks to get used to get used to the drug,
If you need to come of medication it is generally advisable to come of them in a measured way, allowing your body to withdraw from it over an extended period, this will help you control withdrawal. Generally you GP can assist and advise.
It can take a matter of weeks/month to withdraw complete, depending on dose and length of time you have been on the old medication
