Hello everyone on here. I hope everyone’s had a great Monday and a great past weekend. As I lay down here at home and reflect on the day I had, I must say it was a good day. For the most part, my depressions really elevated in the mornings. Yesterday I purchased a small notebook, and I wrote on it the things I wanted to accomplish today. I must say I was pretty productive today, I washed my car, had the oil changed, went to the tanning salon for light therapy, helps mood and psoriasis, grabbed lunch at a local place, and I also did workout this morning. Even though I felt pretty down and sad, and my negative thoughts were coming and going, I tried to push on, and accomplish the tasks at hand. I made small talk with the girl at the salon, but I was being mindful of my moment, and trying to enjoy every inch of it. I realize this as I said earlier, here at home as I look back 😀 at this great Monday I had. It was productive, and I was able to check off all the things I had planned on doing today. I also did have an appointment with my APN, who prescribes my medications. She asked of course about everything going on in my life, and even though I wasn’t too talkative today, I did tell her how I’ve been feeling. She upped the milligrams on one of my medications and wanted to see me in two weeks. Anyways I’m actually gonna grab my little notebook and write my plans for tomorrow. And one thing I’m thinking of doing is rating my days in terms of mood. One for bad and 10 for great, I’m thinking of a number for today. Hmmmm, let’s say it’s a seven, I’m hoping tomorrow is a seven, or better. Sending positive vibes to everyone on here. And hoping everyone on here has a really really great day tomorrow a minimum seven….SAMSON

Hi Strongest, what a positive post. It's nice to hear that after a difficult spell.You did great today, more than most of us could do in a day.
This journaling seems to work for you in making a to do list.
Just don't get caught up in it so much that if you don't make everything on
your list, still embrace the fact that you tried.
We all have those kind of days. Meanwhile, more power to you my friend.
May tomorrow be everything today was and more xx
