Silent reflux or something else?
Even though everyone agrees that I have reflux, the Protonix and
Pepcid
have not really helped. I’m wondering if any of them have ever heard of silent reflux? Nobody has said anything about it or even what the treatment might be.

Every treatment I receive taxol, aloxi, decadron, benadryl and
pepcid
. Every third treatment I receive the aforementioned as well as carboplatin and either the placebo or the trial drug, atezolizumab. I had grown my hair very long in the past few years.

I was just diagnosed with AG (from biopsy). Next they tested my B12 - 339 so on the lower end Started b12 subling - and now B12 >2000 I also have esophageal symptoms of burning there and in my throat... Took Pepsin test and they detected Pepsin in my saliva Gastro says since there was no acid found

Dr said fatty liver newly diagnosed
Lately, the GERD symptoms have gotten worse and medications like Nexium,
Pepcid
, etc are not helping too much. I am not sure if this is related to the liver issue or not. So I realize I need to get serious about diet and excercise now. I am a 65 yr old person.

Anyone who cured GERD by going low carb, then was able to go back on carbs without the reflux starting again?
After one week, it was very low and totally manageable without even OTC drugs like
Pepcid
. Problem is, this kind of diet is not realistic for me in the long run, because there is A LOT I would be required to eat that I have a phobia against.

PMS or Underactive thyroid .??
Can underactive thyroid give PMS symptoms. At 55 yrs of age I suspect that my 3 months of missing periods are probably my body's way of letting me know I'm going through the change. However question I have is . Could the pains in my lower stomach be related to thyroid medication . I currently take 100mcg

Questions for anyone who suffered acid rebound effect after PPI use, and eventually was free from acid reflux?
My last Omeprazoles were taken August 24 and since then I've gotten along with prescription free antacids (first Ranitidine but quickly switched to
Pepcid
a.k.a. Famotidine because I feel it's more effective).

Not sure whats wrong with me, plz help with any advice/knowledge
Also
pepcid
for my heartburn. My question is if this happened because of a chemical imbalance in my brain or is it that i have an actual anxiety disorder? Or is it that i need to be on zoloft longer?

Questions regarding symptoms
Is it normal to have random bouts of nausea and dizziness (feeling like your going to pass out)? I’ve had lower blood pressure in general, but was higher for a bit and now seemingly gone down again around the same time as starting injections and have had a few of these episodes. I am taking a b complex

Latest labs look good?
Here's the deal. I've felt terrible since June 2017 when I was diagnosed with postpartum thyroiditis. I likely had Hashimotos for many years prior but wasn't ever diagnosed. At the time of dx, my TSH was over 100 and free levels were tanked. Symptoms flooded in over the following months including crushing

Betaine hydrochloride with pepsin
Hi does anyone take this? I just bought the solgar brand and only just looked up side effects now as it just got delivered. I’m just a bit weary about taking it. There doesn’t seem to be an awful lot of information on it and whether it actually works. So does anyone else take these on a regular basis
