Hey guys, i have been having alot of pressure in my rectal area as well as severe lightheadedness like ive felt like i was going to faint the past two days when these rectal fullness and warmness symptoms occur. I also feel cramps in my upper to upper left gi. Upper left chest as well. Not really near my heart though. I also have bleeding when i wipe but none in my stool. Im on zoloft and pepcid for my heartburn, but it seems like depending on what i eat it can get worse but i cant pinpoint exactly what foods. I have a GI appointment soon but really dont want to go to the ER before then because i feel like ill pass out. Please share some thoughts.

It seems that you have a lot of stress and anxiety. It's difficult for you to rely upon your own thoughts to determine a course of action, of course. See your physician and understand that whatever is going on is probably not as bad as you think. In regard to the bleeding, it is possible that having a lot of anxiety could make your wipe harder, or perhaps you have hemorrhoids. The pain and cramping on your left side would likely be what one experiences before bowel movements. Try and relax and get your mind in a peaceful place and allow the doctors to treat you.

Im positive i have hemmoroids. Is it possible that they would effect my digestive system or lower colon? And make me feel faint after eating certain foods.

It's quite possible you are stressing too much and your gut is getting sensitive. Eat some yogurt and stop eating what upsets your stomach.

I’ve had them after giving birth to my 2nd baby. They definitely feel very uncomfortable and cause a pit of pressure. I’d pop in and see your gp, sure if might be embarrassing for a few moments but at least you might find out what’s going on without having to go to the ER.

On air that going to the ER sounds like a battle idea and that you will probably pass out, where feel like you are, but I can promise you that even if you do pass out there are people there that are trained for these types of situations. I feel as if you are stuck between a rock and a hard place and I hate that for you because whether you go or not you will still have the anxiety. Honestly, I would go to the ER but I have really about health anxiety and I like to have answers as soon as possible. I hope all
