Restless Legs in Pregnancy
Hi everyone, I am not even sure why I am writing this message - partly because I want to vent; partly because I would like some advice. I have had about 2-3 episodes of mild and short lasting (3ish days) of restless legs outside of pregnancy. I remember the restless legs to be quite bad in my first pregnancy

TENS MACHINE
Has anyone tried a TENS machine for RLS? I take .75mg sifrol which is very effective. However, the TENS gives relief as well. I use one - it's worth a try.

Anyone trying naturally this month?
Hi I am trying naturally this month and I am 9dpo today. This 2ww seems not as bad as an ivf cycle - maybe because we are in an extraordinary situation with lockdown and Easter weekend etc. It may also be because we are not paying tens of thousands of pounds for a private ivf cycle. However I am almost

Pain management
Hiya 😊 I was diagnosed with endo in February after three years of appointments, and was wondering if anyone had any advice for pain management? Painkillers don’t really do much for the pain as I’m sure you’ll all have experienced, and I’m looking for more effective alternatives. Has CBD oil or TENS

Consolidation W2 R3 - Beautiful Day, Beautiful Run
One of the nicest runs since starting and graduating C25K, and despite the unusual, unprecedented circumstances we are in right now. A truly glorious morning, so quiet too. Living quite near to the coast, I don't usually head towards it on my run on days like today, but inwards, around the village,

Stimulating Vagus nerve cuts AF by 85%
There's research showing an 85% reduction of AF through vagus nerve stimulation. This was done by passing a small current through the tragus (the little lump just in front of your earhole): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/32192678
