Crippling Hip Pain

I was wondering if others have had experience of crippling pain in and around their hip joint, especially so at night?

I had surgery for removal of endometriosis from the uterosacral ligament (1 year ago) but these symptoms all had come following surgery. I do not know if this pain is related or an independent issue completely?

I have used lots of pain relief and they only relief occasionally comes from Amitriptyline and a TENS machine. Can anyone offer any further suggestions or support?

Does it feel like endo pain as I had endo pain on my sides like both hip areas for at least a year I could not sleep on either side but it could be from surgery

It does feel like endometriosis at time (it gets worse cyclically) but at other time it feels very different.It’s a throbbing sharp constant pain more often than not.

Can I ask if your pain eventually subsided or self resolved? I also have a moderate disc bulge at L5/S1 which the Doctors suspect is contributing to my pain but with time should improve. I’m just not entirely convinced as it seems to be getting worse.

I can’t sleep on either side as well or my back either.
