Could Back and Neck Pain and Positional Headaches Be Related to My Pelvic Floor Issues?
Is it possible that the back/neck pain, numbness and tingling in the legs and feet, and headaches are related to
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
, or is it likelier a separate issue? I have had CT scans and a spinal tap with no answers. If it is related to the pelvic floor, what could be done about it?

19 years old,Chronic pelvic/vaginal pain, losing hope
I ended up developing chronic vaginal pain after this procedure, also called vulvodynia, and then a few months after getting diagnosed with vulvodynia I was diagnosed with high tone
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
. I went to physical therapy for it for a few months and it made zero difference to my pain.

First Steps - Physiotherapy
First steps include noninvasive therapies - like getting us hooked up with a good physiotherapist who is trained in all types of
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
. This article has a good description of how a PT can work with you, and things you can do, too, on your own, to help with symptoms.

Not sure this is relevant but maybe it may mean something to someone that is undiagnosed.
Not Interstitial Cystitis, PNE,
Pelvic
Floor
Dysfunction
, or Vulvodynia, but an Orthopedic Hip Injury Mermaidsreel blog I haven’t posted the link as I’m not sure I’m allowed but on the tiny off chance that it has any significance to anyone I thought I’d share it.

Help! Possible Pudendal Neuralgia/Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
I have seen two physical therapists for
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
after referral by my OBGYN. On two ocassions, the pain subsided with the physical therapy ... and then went away completely for almost a year, and now it is flared up again.

Vaginal suppositories
I have read about women who have used Valium vaginal suppositories for relief from pudendal nerve pain and
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
. My OBGYN is not familiar with this type of treatment and I have not been able to get a prescription to try it.

Can endo return on progesterone mini pill?
I also got diagnosed with
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
just before, and given where my endo was (pouch of douglas, bladder, uterus ligaments) it is believed that it was all connected.

Magnesium has been a game changer!
My
pelvic
pain was predominantly
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
. Magnesium is essential in our bodies for muscle relaxation and nerve function! Quick start guide: * Magnesium glycinate is the best type * Start at 3 x 100mg daily, increasing by 100mg each week up to around 600-900mg.

Male Pudendal Neuralgia and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
I went back to the urologist and he said my prostate felt fine and that I most likely have a
pelvic

and sent me to physical therapy.
