Hi guys

So i am a lady of 42 and have had pelvic floor dysfunction for about 6 months and i have eventually got to see a great p.f physio who gas relaxed it massively so much so i hardly have much pain anymore BUT as soon as i try sex i get pain... i cannot even get it in(tmi sorry).

Then i hurt in side for about 3 hours after but the it goes.

So at least my pain subsides ... i just cant understand why. It like it get so far and then the pain hits me .

Can anyone help me? Suggestions ? Advice?

We do other things and try to relax me but no i just cant do it and i dont think it physological as i can have the physion things there and her finger but just not full sex

Have you tried dilators? Maybe ask your physio how to use them, building up the sizes until no pain is felt. Not had experience of this though, just an idea. Take care.

Well unfortunately clare situations have changed abit as my pelvic floor physio has found what she thinks is a growth or a prolapse of some sort in there so she has written to dr to try get me mri.

I was doin relaxation exercises for non releasing pelvic floor so if u put that in google ur get some good ones it all about releasing it.

Unfortunatley im prob doin wrong exercises as if i have got prolapse i need to tighten it not release
