Anagrelid to Interferon and Hashimoto.
I’m seriously thinking of changing from Anagrelid to interferon. I’ve always had heart palpitations from Anagrelide. All doctors to date said no interferon (I have Hashimoto) and no HU ( I have inborn anaemia). When I tried it once, I had nasty neurological side effects. Now I found a new MPN

Advice needed- do I have pernicious anemia?
Hi everyone! So I was hoping to get some advice on whether it's likely I have pernicious anemia based on my symptoms and B12 readings. My symptoms started back in 2011, when I was only 18. I started having these weird "episodes" where I would feel dizzy/almost drunk, my legs and arms would feel heavy

start levothyroxine or work on vitamin levels?
Went to the doctor in September 2022 with symptoms of hair loss, fatigue and feeling cold. ( am a 36 year old female) Bloods were done and was told everything was OK. The hair loss was most concerning so I spoke with another doctor who reviewed my bloods who said thyroid levels were on the high side

FAINTS/COLLAPSES WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM?
I have been on levothyroxine since the 1980s, and last year I experienced various fainting issues in 2021 (see bio). I would be grateful for any advice anyone can offer. In August 2022, on the Saturday of the long extreme heatwave I got up at 6.30 much earlier than normal to open all windows and

Vitamin D deficiency
I've been found on my recent blood test to be Vit D deficient . My endocrinologist has prescribed me hidroferol 0.266mg caps to take one every 15 days. Since taking the first dose 12 days ago,my stomach has been very uncomfortable ever since, today it feels much better. I'm sure it is the medication

blood test results.
hI everyone. I have now received my test results from medicheck. I will write the medicheck in capitals to compare with Gps test done 2 weeks ago. I have been on 5mg of carbimazole and folic acid for 2 and a half weeks now. I'm surprised at the TSH result but don't know what it actually means

Alternative to Omeprozole
My eGFR is 61, so close to stage 3a kidney disease. Still trying to take it in. Last thing I expected from a general blood test. Had a text from GP last week to say all normal but the nurse I saw later in the week shared kidney result. I have well controlled high blood pressure, take 4mg, a low dose
