Has anyone any experience of this treatment offered by the John Rose Centre. It'a photobiomodulation therapy or cold laser therapy said to remove a limiting facor in the production of ATP. It is said to be an approved treatment but I have not seen any research on it.

Valeda Light Treatment
can anyone from the society share any knowledge of this treatment?
Hello doubleorbust,
So far, we haven’t really received any anecdotal evidence from our callers on their perceptions of Valeda’s efficacy.
Valeda has a CE mark, which means that it can be marketed in Europe. The CE mark means that it meets relevant regulatory requirements and, when used as intended, is acceptably safe.
This is an article that we had in our Macular Society, Winter Sideview, 2021:
“In the pipeline - Future treatments for AMD Whether your age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is of the wet or dry type, there are reasons to be optimistic about options for treatment in the future.
Early AMD
The Valeda photobiomodulation technique uses three wavelengths of light to stimulate the enzymes within RPE cells and keep them healthy for longer. Its effectiveness is currently being assessed in clinical trials and it has yet to be considered by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence in England and Wales for use in the NHS.”
I have coped links below which relate to Valeda, in case they are of assistance:
