Am I being crazy?
They gave me some
paracetamol
at the clinic but it didn’t shift it. I do normally get migraines which are connected with my cycle. One normally just after mid cycle and one a couple of days before my period.

GP knew less than I did about RLS :’-(
I’m going to buy iron supplements anyway and
paracetamol
and codeine tablets as it’s all getting too much. She’s referring me to a neurologist but that’ll take months. I feel so disappointed. She apologised for not knowing much about it. I don’t know where to turn.

Severe reaction to Phiser 6th jab.
My GP told me to take the full dose of
paracetamol
until things cleared. With my 6th Vaccine it was complicated by me having a 5 week, Virus with incessant coughs. My Haematologist told me that the infection had cleared, but there was Inflammatory issues which lasted longer.

sensitive - MMC advise needed medical management
I was petrified but luckily in the end it wasn’t as bad as I expected, I’d say heavier bleeding than a normal period (had to use maxi pads) and cramps as bad as my normal period cramps ( which are truly awful but bearable with constant
paracetamol
, chamomile tea and hot bottle of water).

Self inflicted back pain. Nurofen or not?
Paracetamol
helping a bit but think I read on here that a blast with nurofen once or twice would be ok? Any thoughts please.

Abdominal pain for over a year
I am someone who is reluctant to take
paracetamol
usually. I am here to know I am not alone in this, that others actually know how it feels to be in such a situation. Thank you for reading, Emma

Couch to 5k injury
I have injured my Gastrocnemius muscle which runs down the inside just under the knee after attempting to do couch to 5k after just one week. I followed NHS website where you brisk walk for 5 mins then alternate between 60 secs running and 90 secs walk over 20 mins then finally walk for another 5mins

sick day rules again!
mild temperature crept back in yesterday- GP not interested she seemed much better as the day went on - this am - temp 38.2 10am gone down with
paracetamol
, BP 88/66, weakness again. I’ve been shouting about potential adrenal issues but they don’t listen.

Has anyone found antidepressants help with the pain?
I only really have
paracetamol
, hot water bottles and tramadol when pain is severe (which then keeps me awake). I've read that antidepressants can help with the pain and oestrogen levels. Is anyone on antidepressants? Are they helping?

Tapering too quickly
Unfortunately
paracetamol
only takes the edge off so not really very effective in pain relief. I feel annoyed that I have had a flare up especially in a different place from my from my legs, I am wondering if this is normal.

Rectovaginal endo surgery and bowel symptoms remaining
Hi, Question to anyone else who has had colorectal/ rectovaginal endo removed via an MDT. To what extent if any do you think this has alleviated your colorectal / gastrointestinal signs? Preoperatively I was aware of a rectovaginal nodule and obliterated POD. My symptoms progressively got worse while

Flare - what next please
CoCodomol helps but not
Paracetamol
. (Danger noted!) ESR - 19.5.23 - awaiting result and will contact GP when I get it. Today: flare (which started in mid-Feb or before) seems much more severe, for example, shoulders are as painful and stiff as before I started on Pred over three years ago.
