I am a 21 year old female that currently resides in Texas. A couple years ago I was diagnosed with agoraphobia, panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety, and MDD. I used my faith as my strength in getting through my days and pray for strength to become a better version of myself. Sometimes I feel really alone on this journey or the “weird one” and I would love to connect with others to set goals and achieve them together.

I have been suffering from panic disorder since I was a teen and I, too, now have agoraphobia and OCD. My faith is literally what gets me through every day. I know God has a plan for us and sometimes He needs us to be still and wait for Him. It’s extremely hard for me most days but I’m trying to be strong, with His help and get through. I’m here if you want to talk! Oh and I am a female as well. I’m 34 and live in Idaho
I also have bad anxiety and agoraphobia as well as major depression and schizoaffective disorder. Life can truly suck somedays, but I also pray a lot. I rely on God and my prayers and reading my Bible and devotionals. I am also on Olanzipine which helps. God and prayer can help with my anxiety. I almost always feel so much better after prayer and meditation.
