Prednisolone!
I still have a lot of
pain
in my right ankle, had this since July time, so walking is uncomfortable and that has always been my main form of exercise. Before RA I would walk about 3 miles a day of an evening. If I try that now the
pain
in my ankle is murderous for a few days afterwards.

I’ve had 3 Kyphoplasty’s but have refused any pharmaceutical intervention prescribed for bone density issues; tried and can’t/don’t take
pain
medication. My last DEXA was in 2022. -3.5 spine -3.2 hips.

Second Ablation Recovery
Last
pain
relief at 7:30pm, stitches out at 11pm. Yes, I know it’s only one longer stitch that’s cut first, but anyway, my threshold is pretty high but this brought me to tears. Was given
pain
relief afterwards, but WHY oh WHY?

Does this sound like endo?
I don't want to just be pumped full of painkillers, I'm trying to do a PhD and can't concentrate with either the
pain
or the drowsiness from the
pain
meds. Has anyone got any advice?

A reply to Wasabigirl’s post about PID (?) which has since been deleted
I kept saying that the
pain
would return after I went off the antibiotics. Doctors said that the only way that could happen is if it were an abscess - and I’d be dead if it had been an abscess.

introduction
I went to my GP in the middle of February with a
pain
under my right arm moving to my rib cage. I had recently travelled and really believed I’d just pulled a muscle, the doc thought the same. Painkillers for 3 days and back to him if no improvement. Back after 3 days as not much change.

SE from ADT and two natural remedies I always use. Anger=kava kava, insomnia=wild lettuce.
I also use this for sny
pain
anywhere in my body including headaches. This is my go to
pain
medicine. Don’t get me wrong oxycodone works better and longer for accute or severe
pain
. Kava kava i have used since college when i had anxiety block during calculus tests and it is AMAZING.

My story
I simply took OTC
pain
killers only when I felt I needed them. Then after some years I needed something a little stronger and went onto Diclofenic then Naproxen. In 2022 I suffered a heart attack. And I noticed Naproxen was not good for my heart condition.

Calcified tendonitis
I have been diagnosed with this after 6 months of excruciating shoulder
pain
. GP kept just prescribing painkillers then I saw the physio who advised me to have an X-ray. I am now having a steroid injection in my shoulder followed by physio, and hopefully this will resolve it.

covid and metratrexate for RA
we are now the 18th of march and even though I feel well I’m still testing positive for covid and I’ve been told that I can’t start back in my meds until it’s negative I’m absolutely racked with
pain
I feel terrible 😢 had anyone else been in this situation??

Endo on the bladder
The
pain
is just awful, my bladder feels like it's contrating, my eyes are watering with the
pain
. No
pain
killers even take the edge off, i've tried a TENS machine, that doesn't help too much either. The
pain
just drags me down and stops me doing day to day things.
