nausea and vomiting

I get nausea with bloating and pain regularly, but never vomited….

I often wonder if it will happen, occasionally getting that salivating sensation, or if the nausea is just a symptom of the endo or the pain killers (naproxen/amitriptyline).

Do any of you ever actually vomit during a flare up?

I used to in my teens and twenties. I think it was blood sugar related. Could you try to eat something to help? It's so awful x

That’s interesting, cos I find eating less bulky foods often helps me with pain and so I will be altering this when getting a glare up. I find nibbling these little ginger chew things I found at the pharmacy helps short term but never really knew why, but maybe this is it!!
