Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has feedback about risks of going back to work with the spread of omicron. I am a teacher (grade 4/5) in Canada. Thankfully I'm at the stage in life where I'm starting to take control and be responsible for my health. (it's never

Hello all, 2 years ago I started to feel everyday chest tightness and feeling like my chest cant breath in enough air (after this symptoms start I start to feel like I was going to pass out any second)... At first I thought it was asthma coming back since I had big problems with it when I was a child

Spiriva Respimat
I have been taking Spiriva Respimat powder inhaler for some months now. The problem I have is it makes me cough every time I inhale. If anyone else has had this problem and was able to overcome it I’d really appreciate your response & feedback. Cheers.

A little of my Asthma Story...A Little Rant...
I'm in my 50s and have had asthma and since childhood. Got my first Intal inhaler at 10 and soon moved on on the blue and brown. Seen dozens of nurses and doctors over the years in regular asthma checks, been through it all. I've had the problems many of you know, like that sense of panic when you

Trying to cope after HA
Hi all - new here Had a HA last week (at a young age of 37!) here with 2 stents and a balloon angioplasty on my LAD. Apparently due to my age and lack of apparent risk factors, ,my case was pretty unusual and discussed within the cardio team. Having never been in hospital as an adult (nor even blue-lighted

Covid the cause of asthma? Has any been diagnosed with Asthma since having covid? I contracted covid just over a year ago and was quit poorly (not bad enough for hospital) and since then I have been struggling with Asthma symptoms. I stupidly tried to ignore it until winter and the cold weather hit
