Morning I still haven’t seen any dr apts get cancelled but I’ve been experiencing at times I’ll be coughing and after a while feels like i automatically take a few breaths in without realising it’s hard to explain , anyone else have this with copd no one has ever spoke to me apts always cancel all they did was give me an inhaler I’ve noticed a cough more frequent , lung tests was all cancelled as well , feel much better if I have a mint it stops the coughing

Thank u I just feel I got told I had centrebulor emphysema 10 months after a crash scan and that’s it my lung consultant discharged me I’ve never seen any one , I looked on my gp app and my copd-asthma review was signed off but I’ve never spoke to anyone , and it is frustrating as I think my cough etc worse in the morning he prescribed me spiriva that’s it

Insist on seeing someone or better still go to A&E by ambulance if possible.We all know how busy all doctors and A&E are but if you feel it is really affecting you badly PLEASE insist on it being checked out.

I can walk /talk it’s not effecting me badly it’s just in the morning , I couldn’t waste time at the hosp I just have to keep on phoning gp they booked me in for 5 jan for an apt with an asthma nurse so getting somewhere maybe she can refer or something

Thank u , it’s first thing in the morning I cough then catch my breath through the day I’m fine if I’m rushing at work I’m on my feet 13 hours and walking fast at times then I have to take deep breaths then I’ll be fine
