Mucus after taking my inhaler

After using seretide (day and night)I need to bring up mucus .Does anyone else experience this unpleasant after effect?

Is it possible the seritide is opening the tubes to allow the mucus to be coughed up when it would normally just stay there?

That’s why we need to use puffers so the mucus doesn’t sit in our lungs
